Quay Finance is a financial services broker with offices in the UK, Spain and Dubai, and a member of the Quay Property Group. We have many years of experience in providing advice on all aspects of property purchase finance and remortgaging. Because we are independent advisers, our clients benefit from out totally impartial tailored advice.
We provide our advice following an initial meeting and fact-finding process, which will usually start with broad discussion of a client's concerns and requirements, before moving onto a in-depth research and analysis process. We take the time to consider each client's situation, needs, and priorities before a final point-by-point recommendation is given, and also a full explanation of why we think the advice is most suitable.

Our priority is to fully understand our client's wants and aspirations before we present a professionally considered solution to these requirements. Our advice is backed by knowledge, expertise and experience, from which we will source the most suitable mortgage lender, repayment method and mortgage type.
For mortgage advice we can be paid a fee agreed with our client, or we can accept commission from the lender. In some cases a fee and a commission may be payable but the basis of our renumeration is always agreed with our clients at the outset and confirmed in writing before any work is undertaken.
